Room price is 700€ per month for 1 person, 800€ per month for 2 persons. You pay a monthly rent fee and that includes your room, access to all common areas, utility bills, internet and weekly apartment cleaning.

*You can book your room directly through our booking engine. A reservation fee must be paid at the end of the booking process. It is equal to one month rent and is non-refundable. The monthly room rental for the first and last months, a security deposit of €150, and €5 for cleaning supplies must be paid upon arrival.
