How do I book the room? Simply click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button, select your room by adding it to the cart, check it out and then you’re done! We advice to use the laptop for making the reservation. If you are using the mobile phone, please add the chosen room to the cart and than place your phone in horizontal position - the cart will appear on the right top corner!
What is the period of stay? Usual Rental duration: minimum 5 months at a time (SEPTEMBER – FEBRUARY or FEBRUARY – JULY)/ or 10 months (SEPTEMBER – JULY). We do accept reservations for shorter or longer periods but conditions may change.
What if I need to cancel my stay? Reservation cancelation due to ANY reason is subject to a cancelation fee of up to one month rent. Reservation fee payed at the moment of booking in case of reservation cancellation is NON-REFUNDABLE! Rooms also can be re-rented to other students with prior approval.
How and when do I pay my rent? Rent is paid every month until the first day / fines will apply for late payments. Online reservations are from the 1st day of the month. A formal contract will be signed on the day of check-in. A reservation fee must be paid at the end of the booking process. It is equal to one month rent and is non-refundable. On the check-in students shall pay the 1st month and last month of rent and a security deposit equal to 150€ to cope with damages caused at the rooms or apartments and 5 euro for the shared cleaning supplies.
What is the reservation fee for? When you book a room/apartment, the one-time fee is a non-refundable agency commission that is charged for the service provided. It is NOT considered as a monthly room rental!
The monthly room rentals and a security deposit of 150€ must be paid on arrival.
What do we use the Security Deposit for? First of all, we don’t keep that money. We deliver it directly to the owner and is held in reserve. In the case of any damages or outstanding payments, the deposit acts as a security guarantee.
When I will get my Security Deposit back? When your contract with us has come to an end and we must sadly go our separate ways, simply fill out the security deposit return form, which we are happy to help with, in order to ensure the process is fast and uncomplicated. Within two months, you will receive your security deposit, with interest, minus any outstanding fees or fees for damages.
What shall I do if damages arise in my apartment? No worries, just let your Resident Manager know via email.
Sleepovers- can friends of mine stay over? Generally, we have tailored the apartment to you, or more specifically, one individual. If you would like to share your bed once in a while, just inform your Resident Manager via WhatsApp.
My monthly rental costs - what do they consist of? Our concept: all-in rent, which means that the price includes ALL costs * (High speed Fiber wireless internet, Cable-TV, weekly cleaning for the common areas, Water, Electricity and Gas, Mailbox and Laundry Machine etc.) Rooms and shared areas have to be left in the same conditions as when moving in.
Do I have internet around the clock or does that cost more? The World Wide Web is available to you around the clock and without charge. Download as much as you like as there is no data limit either. When it comes down to it, we too, are passionate surfers and all costs are incorporated within your all-in rent.
*Utilities consumption is limited to a reasonable monthly quota.
**We keep the right to use your room until your postponed check-in or after your anticipated check-out for any purpose in case if is needed (temporary relocation of any other tenant, storage of some utilities etc), without informing you.
